‘Jin Pinc’ is our very own gin, distilled by In The Welsh Wind. We stock several gorgeous local Welsh gins, but decided we wanted to create a welsh pink gin with a bit of a twist, so we worked closely with Alex & Ellen (founders of In The Welsh Wind) to bring our idea to fruition. A luxurious white peach and rose pink gin displayed in a stunning diamond cut style bottle. Subtle notes of rose flavour running through the gin with a hint of peach. Not overly sweet and best served over ice with a plain tonic.
